Ordering your BYOB container is simple! Browse our online shop, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you can provide your shipping details and payment information.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support with your order details to initiate the process – support@thebyobproject.com.

Shipping

Absolutely! We ship worldwide to bring eco-conscious solutions to everyone. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress.

Returns

30-Day No Questions Asked Return: You can return any product for a full refund, minus an $8 shipping fee, within 30 days of purchase. Whether you’ve changed your mind or the product didn’t work out as expected, we’re here for you.

60-Day Defect Refunds: If your product is defective or damaged, you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.  

Using BYOB

Cleaning your BYOB container is straightforward. It’s dishwasher-safe, or you can hand wash it with warm soapy water. Ensure it’s thoroughly dried before collapsing for storage.

Yes, our BYOB containers are made from high-quality, food-safe silicone free from harmful chemicals like BPA. They’re designed to keep your meals toxic-free!
